SITEX was hell! It was so packed with people, like going to free-for-all carnival. I thought going to Geylang Bazaar on the Hari Raya eve was how crowded a crowd can get but the SITEX exhibition was worse. Yet, I was already planning to go again next year.
Yep, it was still worth the visit. Despite all the pushing and shoving, I think the trip was fruitful. I can now convince myself to wait for such exhibitions before making my electronic items purchases. The prices are either slashed down (some by quite a lot) while some remain the same but given lots of free gifts. I remember a Samsung TV price was cut by $600 from the R.R.P. and there was a bonus gift package worth $1400!!
The only thing I want to do now is to petition for such exhibitions to be held in Feb of each year because that's when I get my bonus. Ahakz!! But then again, I'd probably go spending like crazy before really becoming crazy when I find out I have spent all my money. Hee...
Anyway, I went with Zak who wanted to buy an Ipod Nano. He got his Nano. I didn't get anything. Coz couldn't get what I want. If I did, when in Japan, I'll have to eat leaves and drink rain water coz no more money left. Hee..
